"The MBSR Course with Rima was truly an eye-opener for me. The aftermath of an unpleasant medical incident - believed to be stress related - brought me to this programme ..
Working as a senior manager for an international corporation, being a father of 3 with numerous time-consuming hobbies and interests, I probably loaded my daily agenda a little bit too much.
I haven‘t had any touchpoints so far with meditation, so I was curious on how this exercise might affect my wellbeing. As it turned out „curiousity“ is also one of the key elements to engage in mindfulness-based meditation.
Applying the techniques I acquired help me anchor myself in the present moment, so I can be more focused throughout the day. Rima did a great job, and I can‘t thank her enough for the excellent guidance throughout this exceptional journey”

Ich habe bei Rima den 8-wöchigen MBSR Kurs besucht und war begeistert. Meine Zweifel, dass diese Art von Kurs zu esoterisch wäre, haben sich schon beim ersten Telefonat gelegt.
Rima ist eine sehr sympathische und wirklich achtsame Begleiterin auf dem Weg der Meditation gewesen. Sie spricht sehr klares Englisch, ich habe sie gut verstanden, obwohl ich nicht gut englisch spreche.
Die Gruppe war klein, mit 6 Personen war es nicht zu viel und genug um sich auszutauschen.
Die Location im Re:Treat Studio ist auch perfekt und man fühlt sich gleich geborgen. Danke für diese tolle Erfahrung!”

I participated in an 8-week MBSR course in January-March 2022 taught by Rima. Having had minimal experience with meditation and mindfulness, I was curious to engage with mindfulness in a structured, supervised manner.
I specifically sought out MBSR as I was looking for a secular, evidence-based curriculum to give me the tools to deal with stress, unpredictability and rapid change in my everyday life.
Based on my experience, I can highly recommend following an MBSR course taught by Rima. She created a calm, open and non-judging atmosphere throughout the course, and walked us through it with patience and kindness.
I believe the course is useful for everyone and accessible regardless of whether you meditated before or not. The only thing you need is an open mindset and the willingness to practice regularly.
