8-week Mindfulness Courses

If you are new to mindfulness practice, joining one of the following 8-week mindfulness course is a great starting point to support your journey towards inner balance & resilience. By developing a set of sustainable self-regulating skills, you can dramatically improve your wellbeing and shape your life for the better. The skills you learn will remain available for you throughout your lifetime.

The two evidence-based programmes on offer are experiential in nature and share key foundational features: they use meditation practices to train attention, develop self-awareness and regulate emotions. This mind training process helps strengthen your capacity to choose how to respond in a given situation, rather than react in automatic, habitual ways that do not support your wellbeing.

Both the MBSR and the MBCT-L programmes also have a similar set-up, including weekly 2,5 hour sessions, a silent day of practice and a critical home-practice element.

While they differ in their overall objective, teaching technique and range of practices, they are designed to be accessible to everyone*.
