6-week Courses
Our flagship course - ‘Mindfulness 4 Resilience’ - offers a holistic and accessible approach to learning mindfulness techniques for easy application and integration in daily life.
The course is experiential in nature, allowing participants to deeply explore the mechanisms at play over an extended period of time.
The content is drawn from evidence-based programmes, scientifically developed to meet the needs of our current times.
Orientations
Mindfulness Orientation sessions are a great starting point for those exploring ways to introduce mindfulness to their organisation.
They provide an opportunity to untangle the puzzle about what mindfulness is (and is not!), explore the science and the benefits, and invite participants to experience the key mechanisms that strengthen attention and emotional regulation.
