This 10-session series is designed around maintaining a regular practice and integrating mindfulness in your daily life. Specific themes and challenges will be collected upon registration and will guide the flow of the sessions.

Examples of challenges that may be explored:

‘I cannot motivate myself to practice regularly, although I know it is good for me’

‘I dedicate time to practice, but still find myself reactive in difficult situations’

‘Turning towards pleasant moments does not come naturally’

‘I find the informal practice while at work hard to implement’

‘I find it challenging to be compassionate with myself’


This is a new online series for those who have already completed a mindfulness-based programme.

Many have voiced their wish to stay connected and this series can provide a platform for regular exchange and learning.

We meet once a month between September and June, to practice, reinforce key teachings, share delights and discoveries, address challenges, connect & learn from each other.

Annual Fee: EUR 270
